Same o'l story, max_file_size...

Hi all, same o'l story. I'm having trouble with file uploads.. Yes, I RTFM. Yes, I researched the problem first. Yes, I searched old postings. Yes, I have the phpmanual. I even have books. I still can't get files larger thatn 2M to go through. I have:

upload_max_filesize = 104857600

in my php.ini and am using:

INPUT TYPE="hidden" name="MAX_FILE_SIZE" value="10485760"

in the html but no good. Stil returns an error. I've even restarted apache. BTW, I'm using php4.

OK, any other suggestions?

Have you gone to php.net to see if you need a patch for your version of PHP 4 ?

Actually, problem was solved about two weeks ago. Thanks though!
I had to recompile PHP and redo the php.ini file. Then it worked.

For a while there, I was stumped. I even had Rasmus Lerdorf
on the case :-)
