Compiling PHP_GD.DLL

Hello,

I've downloaded and compiled all the needed sources for GD.
I'm using MS VC++ 6.
I did not find a gd.dsp or gd.dsw for the GD extension.
Since I am not very familiar with MSVC, can someone be kind enough to give me instructions on how to build the PHP_GD.DLL?

I've got all the source for GD, libjpeg, libpng, zlib, and freetype. They all compiled fine and .LIB files were created.
