setting time out

Anyone know how to setup timeout in php ??

I need to change banner on my page every 1 mins but I do not want to reload the whole page, can I just refresh the banner

I write a function in php to display the banner .. so is there anyway to set time out on executing the function ??

There is no way to just reload the image without reloading the entire page. Your best bet is to put the banner ad in a seperate frame and just reload that frame every minute.
