I use TextPad (www.textpad.com) as texteditor for Php. This seems one of the best. You can use colors to tag your code etc.
Question is: does anybody have a syntax-marker file ready (*.syn)?

Yes: http://www.textpad.com/add-ons/files/syntax/php4.zip This file includes a php.san file. Copy this to the syntax directory specified in the Textpad Configuration.
