Save a php3 file as htm or html

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am working on php as a web programmer. Thought I am not taken any formal training on php. So during coding I find some difficulties.

Problem : Recently I did online order system for sungroseeds.com. There at the end of order process an invoice was generated, that is a php file name "performa_invoice.php3". I want that this file saved as htm or html in the user system without knowing the user, mail to the company as an attachment with the mail.

Is this possible.
