Please help!!

I made the webserver by using Linux Red Hat 6.2, php4.0, apache1.3.12, and mysql.
When clients connect my web-site, in some cases the main page is not shown some parts of page. In this case, if they click the reload button, could see the whole page.

I don't konw reason why this problem is happen. Please let me know the answer.

I don't think I had any problem viewing it. It's just a flash movie on a white background? I hit reload and didn't see anything new.
