entry of data in two different database

before displaying an application form ( or any form ) of any webite, can we make modifications in its code before displaying it on the browser of our website.

Example:
i have a website through which one can open any other website in frames ( lets take the other website as hotmail.com ). now when a user surfing on my website enters any form in hotmail, the same entries go into my database as well. can we display the hotmail application form after we make some amendments in it?

I don't think you can do that. I don't see how you could intercept the data being sent from the hotmail server to the client, the request for that page being sent by the client's browser and not you...

Unless you build in a mechanism to do so, I really don't see how it could be done.

BTW, I don't think they guys at hotmail would appreciate 😉
