Textual Counter

Hello All,

I would like to write a PHP script to count how many times a page is accessed. However, I don't know how to include/show the counter (text only) on a standard HTML page (not .php) like someone including a graphical counter (<img src="xxx.pl?xxx">). And someone said that use Server Side Include to do so, but I'm not familiar with this kind of stuff. Could anyone tell me how can I include the counter on a HTML page?

Platform: Windows NT 4.0, IIS4, PHP4

Signup a dummy account and look at the HTML source that you are supposed to include.

Replace, whatever is called to your PHP stuff.
