Can't load MySQL extention in php4.

I'm using win98.

My php won't run when I try to use the MySQL extension. When I run php in a dos window i get this message:

PHP Warning: Unable to load dynamic library 'c:/php/php_mysql.dll' - One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be foun.
in Unknown on line 0

Does this mean I need to download MySql library files? And if so, where can I get them? Sorry about this probably stupid question, but as you can guess, I'm a bit new.

Only today I resolved my identical problem.
I´ve installed Visual Studio 6 on W2K without SPs.
Today, I downloaded VS6SP5 and aplied it.
...
Probably some DLLs it´s mecessary to load dynamic objects to DB connection in PHP
