I need help with include()

Please help me, I'm not familiar with PHP.

I have to make a PHP file, which includes a other file or picture. How can I do so, that the file URL is after my php file name, an example:

http://game.zone.ee/disp.php3?screenshots/dirtracing/shot3big.jpg

Try something like:

include("http://game.zone.ee/disp.php3".$filename_path");

where $filename_path = "screenshots/dirtracing/shot3big.jpg"
