Recommend Host for MySQL and PHP?

I'm looking for a host that supports MySQL (3.23 or higher)
and PHP 4.0.0 or higher.

Can anyone recommend a good, flexible and helpful host?

We do several web based apps where I work that use php and MySQL. We've been using Hostway for a couple of months and have been very pleased. Excellent service, fast servers and connections. I don't know if they have made the upgrade to php4 or not, but it's worth asking 'em.

They use php3 but they will upgrade to PHP4. The service cost about $20/mo. You get 1 GB space, mysql, frontpage, realplayer, web monster, and many more. I am thinking to go with them.
