I just found I have been fool by above.net sales rep. , and since I am not a US citizen and not familiar with the law there, i want to know if they can really do that.
I sign up their service (co-location) near 10 months ago, in a hurry, since the sales rep. comes from the same country like me, so I feel friendly and trust,he email me with an contact which you can see it here:

I sign it up without hesitate, and now , I feel their service getting worse and worse, so I ask him if I can cancel the account or shut one self down.
He gave me the answer like this:
You have to buy out the contract, pay recurring fee for the rest of the 26 months.
Can anyone check the contact and tell me if I have to do that ?
Before I sign, he didn't tell me that, and he didn't offer me any option, like 1 year or 2 year, he just print 3 years on the quote.
And I thought it means that price will keep for 3 years. 🙂
Other major co-location service provider play tricky game like this ?
Any suggestion where I can find a honest provider if I can get away with above.net ?
