Call for Ideas for Free PHP Hosting Site

I'm toying with the idea of opening up an
under-utilized server for free PHP hosting. I would like to offer PHP3, PHP4, MySQL and Postgres. Any other requests/ideas for what features would be useful for development?

Here are a few things I have been thinking about initially. I'd appreciate any comments or suggestions on these:
1) I'd need to do some research on reasonable disk space and bandwidth restrictions per user.

2) Security, security, security. Many concerns/questions on keeping everything locked down.

3) Need a way to quickly and easily set up user accounts including mysql databases, etc. Any resources available for how to accomplish this?

Those are just a few of the things I have been mulling over. Interested to hear your ideas. Thanks.

It would be nice to have expat, php's XML extension. Just a thought...

To set up mysql for each user I would try phpmyadmin and rescrict their view from others db's according to thier login. It's web based and it provides all the uses they would need. I believe that it is free.

Yes, I understand this but I was thinking something more on the system level that would take care of creating all these accounts automatically. I don't want to / can't spend all day creating users and databases through phpMyAdmin. I could write a Perl script that would create the databases but I'm guessing I'm not the first person to do this so I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the direction of some existing code. Thanks for your input though - keep it coming.

Yes, this is true. I was thinking about including PHP's builtin XML support (via expat), the DOM XML functions, and Sablotron's XSLT parser along with the PHP classes for accessing it. Am I missing anything?

I also just recently learned that PHP4 can access Java classes - if this is the case it seems like it would open up a lot more options for XML manipulation with PHP. Does anyone have info this?
