I'm using register_shutdown_function to execute a function after script execution..
everything works fine except, that Netscape under linux won't talk to that server at all until the function has finished.. The server isn't hanging, other browsers can still access it.. and if i shut netscape down and bring it up again it's also fine..
The shutdown function APPEARS to close the conneciton to netscape (ie the stop button is greyed and no loading anims..)
I have no idea if it effects other browsers on other platforms.. I haven't tested that yet, but as Netscape under IX is my dev platform, it's kind of annoying..
Any ideas? hints?
