Are you wanting to know how to allow clients to upload files to the server using php? Or is it something else you were after?
You can find link to home page od phpDownload @ url : http://php.resourceindex.com/detail/00056.html - Problem is, that original homepage doesn\'t exist anymore. I think that writer of first message wanted to get this script to this hands.
