Hello,

I've been learning how to use the "mail" function and what was my surprise when I saw it was possible to spam mail servers.

Is it really spamming or am I missing something ?

Of course, I don't wanna spam servers but I would like to know how to preserve of it.

Well Spam is any mass mailing of unauthorize/unrequested email, so it'd all depend on whether or not the user requested it.

It's quite easy to spam any email system using a varity of methoods, just check out places like warforge.com for mail flooders, most of them are pretty basic but you can get the jist of how easy it is.

Oh, damn, sorry, I havn't been there in a couple of months I guess they disapeared in that time... sad too cause it was quite a good site to learn about the many ways hackers/phreakers can get flake out your systems.
