Everytime I send a mail with php, the sender is "Daemon user for apache". Where or how can I change this. Thanks!

mail($to,$sub,$mes,"From:$from");
remember don't forget to give "From:$from"
I just wish to say Thanks to you, dhirendra, an all the others who are helping each other out. I´m pretty new to php and posted three question here in the last two weeks or so and got answers within one hour or two. All answers helped me very much, since they all worked on first try. I don´t think I´ve seen such a good woorking forum before and am really looking forward to being good at php enough to make valuable contributions to pay back for the help I recieved.
