There is a company called Chillisoft who makes an ASP interface to Apache for Unix. It's about $400 and I'm not sure if they have a Windows version. If you're using Windows than just use IIS. IIS 4 is good and 5 is apparently great. ASP is also a lot faster than PHP if you're not using Zend. On top of that, Apache wasn't designed for Windows and isn't very stable or secure.
