config of php-4.0.2

Dear friends,
when I use
./configure --with-mysql --with-apache=../apache --enable-track-vars

I always get the error:

...
configuration error: Invalid Apache directory .. can not find httpd.h at /disk2/usr/local/apache

and the config stops.

but my Apache root install dir is

under

/disk2/usr/local/apache

with all the dir like bin, include, conf, and so on

the needed file httpd.h is in include dir.. but even I use ../apache/include the same error comes again.
Can anyone help me in configurating the php system pls?

hi again,
even I use just

./configure --with-mysql --with-apxs

the system can not load and exec the apxs prg in apache/bin
Even when I add the absolute path to it... can not be exec

The error is:

Configuring SAPI modules
checking for AOLserver support... no
checking for Apache module support via DSO through APXS...
UX:sh (./configure): ERROR: /disk2/usr/local/apache/bin: Cannot execute
configure: error: Sorry, I cannot run apxs. Either you need to install Perl or you need to pass the absolute path of apxs by using --with-apxs=/absolute/path/to/apxs

Perl 5 is complete installed and runs fine.

Well I got the error:
in the apxs script there was a wrong perl path for the
#! line.
I configure the PHP 4.0.2 and works fine now..
What a luck...
I am really happy about it.
