403 error on HTTPS

Im getting an 403 error from internet explorer when im acessing a PHP3 file on my server over HTTPS.
Is there some atrribute problem !?
or maybe the Includes on php ?!

Internet Explorer has lots and lots of problems with HTTPS - it may not be your problem at all.

You'll get a 403 if you try to access it without having https: as the protocol. But I assume you're already doing that. Includes won't affect it since they're all server-side. Unless you're including a file over http. Even that shouldn't give you a 403, it will just make IE ask you if you want to load a non-secure object. Can you post the https part of you're apache config (assuming you're using that)?

I was told on the server that PHP3 files cant be loaded from HTTPS because of a security hole. So it defitively wont php3 files..

My question now, is how can i make the INFO of the Form get into the database without PHP3 from the https.
maybe a CGI or something..i dont know CGI's,

I would upgrade to PHP4. If you don't want to do that you could write a quick Perl script that redirected it to a PHP page once it got to the server. Although that will be a pain to create, and probably worse to maintain.
