grab pages from database

hy all,
I NEED HELP
i'm novice in this superb PHP engine. So i will have a page that have footer & header. Body of pages wil be different depend of user choices.
If he click on link "News" then he will get page that is in MySQL. like (news.php?art01.php). This "art01.php" will be show in body of page).
Its possible that i put pahes in MySQL and then users grabb them from database and page are shown in body of page.
Admin wil have options to add,delete,modify pages in MySQL.
Anyone with some help? or any tutorial about this primer?

You could either store a path to the webpage which is sitting on the server somewhere.....then all you need to do in include() that page in your body.......or you could store the whole webpage in Mysql as a blob.

either way works.
