rergular expressions 3 ! the last !!!

hi. I'm me again.. sory but the regular expressions is abig problem to me, i know but i think that soon or later i gonna lern...ok.. the probelm is that i have to validated a url adress whit all the stuff like ~ or / , and i dont know how can i do that...i allready has create something but is not enough.. here is the expressions :

please somebody help to complete the expressions..
