I'm guessing you just want to stop from having to use \" and just be able to use " where you need it, while here's the answer just encase your string in single quotes instead of double then whereever you use double quotes you won't have to put a slash in, of course as a side effect you'd have to use a slash for single quotes if you wanted them but thats the trade off.
So it'd look something like this...
$hello 'Content can now have "double quotes" in it without causing an "error"';
