problem running php script from lynx

Hello,

I have a problem running a php script from lynx on my RedHat6.2 with GNOME desktop.
The script is in localhost, so I tried to run the script by runing this command;

lynx http://localhost/abc.phtml

Then I get this error;

Your terminal lacks ability to clear the screen or position the cursor.

I get this error message running any webpages from lynx. So this is not really php problems. But if you know how to solve this problem please let me know.

Have you tried setting TERM=vt100 before running lynx?

In my /etc/crontab I set "TERM=vt100".
Then I worked!

Oh, I forgot to tell you that I was trying to invoke PHP script from crontab.

Recently I have the same problem as Vincent...

After I have set \"TERM=vt100\", it has the same error message as \"Your terminal lacks the ability to clear the screen or position the cursor.\"

Have you checked your terminal with "set" command?
In my case my termnial session didn't have proper terminal mode.
You may want to have the following line in your ~/.login file, so that you don't have to run set command each time.

set TERM=vt100
