What I am doing wrong

Hi

I have an HTML form on a unix server the Action=/php-cgiwrap/~username/email.php3, and I have email.php script on the same server but the problem is once I submit the form this redirect me to the email.php script itself instead of processing the form so, all I see is the php script and nothing more happens could you please tell me what I am doing wrong?

does the php-cgiwrap have a special function?

I really don't know what you mean by special function!?
what I know is that there is php3 installed on the Unix server that I work on.
