encoding/encrypting php templates

Hi there,

does anybody know of a way to encrypt my php code but still have php run it as if it was not encrypted. this is a great feature that is enabled with coldfusion and I was wondering if php had something similar.

There's nothing available right now. Zend lists the zend compiler as 'available later this year'.
