Execute cgi scripts?

Hi. I am not a programmer, Just have a php3 program on my website. I am trying to figure out what the command is to execute cgi scripts with php3. I discovered the PassThru() function, but could not figure out how to get it to work.

What php3 command do I use to execute a script in my cgi=bin directory???

If you just want to run a script, read the manual, check out the EXEC function for example.

Yes I have heard of the EXEC function, I have not tried it though because I was told it did not output anything, and that the PASSTHRU function should be used. Perhaps I will try it though.
