Hi all,
i try to upload a file to my php Server (apache on Suse Linux 6.3), the apache runs as wwwrun in nogroup.
Problem: The PHP-Script belongs to a specified User in group .users, when trying to upload a file via the Browser, php reports:
Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 503 is not allowed to access /tmp/phpGEhbg4 owned by uid 0 in /wwwroot/user/dir/upload.php3 on line 16
The tmp dir is owned by root/root and set to rwxrwxrwt
When I change the Script-owner to wwwrun, it works fine, but due to security reasons (its a shared server) thats not a good way...
