I have a site which gets content from in pagemaker format. The each time I have extract the content and put it in HTML file and upload it. Is there anything in PHP, using which I can get the content of the Pagemaker file.

Nothing I know of but if you're running windows as a server you may find a com object for doing this.
They just posted a short tutorial on using com here on PHPbuilder. If you're on windows, like Tom said, it could work for you. Someone also commented about a com-something for linux in the tutorial comments.
