Do you mean telephony, as in php dialing a phone for you, or a phonebook application that keeps your phonebook up to date?

well I have got this project I am working on where I have to get a PBX server or some communication switching platform which will connect the user's telephone to a selected telephone from the database records and connect them real-time once the user clicks call-back,,,,,,,,,,,I hope it makes sense!!!
