Mailer

Hello all,

Ok here is my problem (I have so many)

I have form that the user fills in and emails the members in there community with the info. The problem is the mailer is in the script with the form and the more users i get in the community recieving mail it is starting to go REALLY slow. I have no idea how to fix this any ideas. I guess i need to run it in a seporate function (in java no problem but I need some real help in PHP)

cron a mailer and just set the new message as pending to be picked up on the next cron

Thanks for you reply and i have started searching the fourm for more on this Cron but cant seem to find (yet) my "complete" answer.  If you have a moment of free time (like any of us do :)  ) i sure would appreciate a little more info on this.  

(Perhap an example???)
