Has anyone ever been able to set up mailing labels from a browser? I want to be able to print onto Avery 5160 labels without having to do an export to access.

That's an interesting goal, and quite desirable, but good luck!
Even if you turned the entire page into a graphic, you have no
control from the server side as to what kind of margins the
browser may use in printing it.

I will also have to say good luck! The user has to much control over the display of a web page to use text and like Kirk said, you still cannot prevent the page from printing page header and footer info.

If you get this thing to work please write an article for phpBuilder.com because there are quite a few people who might be interested. (Including myself)

You could generate a PDF...

If you did generate a PDF, use PDFlib (http://www.pdflib.com). You can do it on the fly from a server using PHP, but there are also many other interfaces.
