Use of defer argument in ora_parse() function?

Hi there,

Could anyone explain to me the usage of the defer argument in the ora_parse() function. Ive checked the PHP manual, and the two texts that that I currently use ,"Professional PHP Programming" and "Building Database Applications on the web using PHP3", however I could not find any examples of the ora_parse() function being used with the defer argument.

Any explanations would be greatly appreciated!
