Where and who is certifying people in PHP. I have not heard of this before and I do not believe ZEND is doing it. And they would be the only ones I would trust to "certify" anyone.(Rasmus Lerdorf is included in that statement)

They have various stuff like that...now that I think of it, I never thought to look for PHP.
They do have it though, heh.

They do have a PHP4 cert test. Although, they do have disclaimer saying that their tests are NOT afiliated with or endorsed by ANY companies related to ANY of their tests.
So I still say Zend would have to be the ones I trust for certification or if they endorsed any cert programs.
