Well I just saw that a new version of PHP was released at www.php.net
However, I see no run down of it's security upgrades.
Does anyone know of an article, manual, whitepaper, site, whatever, that lists what exactly the new update did as far as changes go?
Even if it's just security fixes, it'd be very interesting to see what needed fixing.
So, any thoughts?
