Sites for registering programs?

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a website where I could list a PHP program that I've made, something like all the PERL websites where you look under a certain category and it shows you a bunch of programs that people have submitted.

If what you want is a "Yahoo!-like" listing of some script you created and already have in a webpage, then my advice is to list it at:
http://php.resourceindex.com
