How to access the system resources in PHP?

I want to access the system resources like CPU, memory,harddisk,BIOS. Is it possible through PHP? Also I want to access the web server settings like number of virtual hosts its having and document root for each of them. Is it possible to do it in PHP?

If anyone knows answer for any one of the question, please reply for it.

I don't think there are any automated functions in php that do this...

If you know how to do it from the command line, you can use the exec() command to execute system commands. It returns the output of the program to a variable and you can show that on the page....maybe that'll give you some ideas.. ??
