I read somewhere (but unfortunately forgot to bookmark at the time) about some tool which I'm pretty sure was made with php that allowed you to transform a mathematical expression into an image. I've been looking for this for the past week unsuccesfully and would like to know if anyone here knows of some tool to do this.
I think the tool I read about was able to translate from a LaTeX math expression to a GIF image, but since I haven't found it any other tools or suggestions are welcome.
