PhP let us embeded php code into html,
but i found out that many developer
still using old way to do it, what i mean
old way is the perl programming.

they use print or echo to display the
html code....back to history ?

any comment ?

I guess it depends if you do everything in a text editor, or use a GUI. I use Dreamweaver to create my page, then put the PHP code in where I need it. I find it faster and easier to use a GUI. Some people don't, so it's no difference to them if they use plain html, or just have php echo out the html....
