Yes with PHP & Javascript together,
you can browse your records one by one
in a single page.

theory:
access your database,
store it in Javascript Array,
create a form with appropriate layout,
for a particular record to be viewed,
place a next button,
a back button,
and in it are javascript programs to
make the data in the textbox change
to the next record or previous record.

That's a pretty good idea...I'll have to brush up on my javascript, I guess. Can you send me a copy of that script to [e-mail]? Thanks.

How about this. Create the records like you said..Then at the bottom, you'd have a radio button for Active, Inactive, and Delete. You can cycle through the records, making some inactive...deleting some...etc... When you hit submit, then php will cycle through the records, deleting rows, or marking them active, etc...

Is that something simple to do? I guess it's more of a javascript question...can your script be easily modified like that. I'm just not familar with javascript arrays....

I'm not asking for a whole script..maybe an example...
