PHP Vs ASP

I'm a ASP programmer. I would like to know what is the different in between Php & ASP , and also it's advantage & disadvantage againts ASP .

Well one of the main advantages of PHP over ASP is that PHP is pretty much platform neutral as it can run on a huge range of platforms.

Did you know that PHP can be used as the scripting language in ASP? Well it can if you compile PHP as a COM object.
