PHP Books

Does anyone know of any REALLY REALLY GOOD books on PHP. I'm not what you would consider a beginner. I have mastered many techniques and can write suitable PHPs.

What I'm looking for is a good book that concentrates on a specific PHP issue.

Also, I'm only 15 and don't have a lot of money. So please recommend books that are useful.
