Not so bad new...
A new project called "ming" is trying to do the same thing as the php_swf.dll => php_ming.dll !

download the WIN32 release at :

(you can only have it indide a 3.8Mo release... no standalone version)
The probleme is that they are only at v0.0.4 but it seems to work already...
