Hack if HTTP_POST_VARS doesn't work?

our hosting plattform does not support the
automaitc passing of post in get var
variables. is there a generic way to
hack around this?

at the moment, i normally build the
$HTTP_POST_VARS myself when I enter
the new page, but this only works if
I know exactly which form variables
there are. unfortunately, i know
need a script in which the names of
the form variables themselves are
variables, so I just don't know
in advance how to build $HTTP_POST_VARS....

any help appreciated,

Are you talking about extracting the values from $HTTP_POST_VARS? If you have a form element "name," you want to create the $name variable on your page because it isn't done automatically? If I'm understanding you right, this is how you can do it:

extract($HTTP_POST_VARS);

If that wasn't what you're looking for, let me know...

not really, the individual variables ARE available,
but $HTTP_POST_VARS isn't, so I normally have
to build it from the indidual variables myself,
which doesn't work if the variables that are
available have variable names that I don't
know when the called page starts....

I already use the $QUERY_STRING trick to build
my $HTTP_GET_VARS manually. For some lage
fields you have to stick with $HTTP_POST_VARS
though :-( They wont fit in a URL....
