Please help me solve my problem...!

Hi guys,

One thing is troubling me for the past couple of days, how to open up a text file which resides in the server, and how to append text to it and how to delete all the text.

I could able to open the file, and how to view what content is there in it.

I'm badly struck with it and I need someone's help from the back at the earliest possible.

Hope you understand my situation.

It's not that difficult, you just need the PHP manual.

to open and read a file into an array: file()
to open a file: fopen()
to read from a file: fread()
to close a file: fclose()
to move the filepointer to the end of the file: fseek()

You left out...

to truncate the file: fopen(...,"w")
to remove the file itself, not just the contents: unlink()
