I need your help, i own theboardmag and in trying to expand my 'empire' of mags, i;ve come across cutom scripting needs!

what i need making is some kind of program where, per issue, i can specify a html file that will act as the header(ssi) and one for the footer....and then an admin area where I can create the magazine by simply entering in the review or article into a box, the autor and email and details (etc) and then simply add some symbol where the article can be split into columns and pages (2 colums oer page, maxx 300 words per column, etc.).
However, i need this kinda quick, cuz i'm trying to expand quickly...what i would be willing to do, is give you a php scripting mag type thing where we can both work on it and then all the ads in there can be pay per click and i'd glady give you 70% of revenue gathered by that mag....
dude, this would be really helpful if you can help, i'd be using it to create loads of mags and loads of issues....to see an issue, http://theboardmag.com simple as that....that's what i need automated.
