SSL and coockies

I am having problems unsetting coockies when using my SSL URL. Do you have any idea why this happens?

Sorry, we do not have any information on this topic. It probably
has to do with the fact that because the URL is different from that
of the domain name, the cookies cannot be unset in that fashion.

We are not aware of how SSL would affect your cookie settings.

General cookie problem which is extra bad with SSL:

If you web-server host-name only has one dot (like domain.com) and not at least two dots (like www.domain.com), then you may get all sorts of weird cookie-related problems.
