How to pass variable between page

I want to use header() to redirect to another PHP page. For example

However, I dont want to let other see what I have passed. Is there anyway I can use to act as information passing via FORM with POST method.

If so, use sessions. If not, you've got some funky headers to write to post through php.

There is always the option of using a javascript redirect...I'm not sure what advantages or disadvantages this would have.

On the same server. Use session - is that the only way to do that. Can I create a form without submit button and POST the data to the other page?
