I am getting the following error message when I try to use fopen:
Warning: fopen("data.txt","w") - Permission denied in /home/httpd/html/siteadmin/tools/export_files.php on line 6 File could not be opened.
I can't figure it out!!! HELP!
Permission denied means ... permission denied. Are you trying to open a preexisting file? Or create a new one? Either way, make sure that the appropriate permissions are set on the file or the directory. Keep in mind that the Web server does NOT run under your personal user ID.
