Install X-windows in Red hat 6.0

Dear all,

I have installed X-windows in Red Hat 6.0.
When I want to enter X-window by using command "xinit", the following error message is prompted out,

_X11TransSocketUnixconnect:can't connect: errorno=111
giving up
xinit:Connection refused(error no 111) unable to connect to X server
xinit: no such process (errorno 3): server error

Please give me some hints to connect with X-windows,thank

This really has nothing to do with PHP, but the ordinary way to start X is to use the startx script.
